About the client

Dreams Delivered Daily (3D-KY) was founded on one simple belief: every youth deserves to feel seen, celebrated and cared for.

What began as a mission to bring joy to youth in foster care has grown into a statewide movement across Kentucky, powered by compassion, community and connection. Their board and volunteers spend their time where it matters most: celebrating youth. They needed a website that could keep up with them.

Where they started

What they had

Before reaching out, Dreams Delivered Daily had a working site they built themselves in Canva. It got the information on the web, but it was hard to update and wasn't everything they dreamed of.

Their sign-ups ran through separate Google Forms, and the board and team were rightly focused on the more important work: celebrating youth across Kentucky.

How we worked together

We took the whole build off their plate. We met with the team to hear their dreams for the site, then reviewed each piece with them as it came together, so the finished site felt like theirs from day one.

What we did

Everything on the wishlist

  1. Forms that fill the spreadsheet for you

We replaced their Google Forms with on-site forms that sync to Google Sheets automatically. Along the way we helped them consolidate and refine the questions and steps.

  2. A county-by-county impact map

A map of Kentucky showing how many youth they've celebrated in each county. This was the top item on their wishlist.

  3. Faces behind the mission

Team pages that introduce the people behind the charity, so supporters know who they're helping.

  4. Answers before anyone asks

An FAQ page covering the questions families, volunteers and donors ask most.

  5. One-click next steps

Clear buttons to donate, submit a youth and volunteer, right where people need them.

  6. A live "youth celebrated" banner

A custom banner with the up-to-date count of youth celebrated and a donate button beside it.

  7. Donations, streamlined

We connected the site to the donation platform they already use, so giving takes fewer clicks.

  8. A dashboard that's stress free

A custom editing dashboard so the team can update the site themselves without worrying about breaking anything.
